KR Controls will engineer and design various industrial automation control systems. We design electrical schematics, control panels, floor plan layouts, and system specifications including bill of materials using AutoCAD. We will assist with project specifications, calculations and cost analysis. Supervising electrical installation and startup of industrial production equipment including interface connections of PLCs, communications including Ethernet, Device Net, Profibus, RIO, DH+, RS232, RS485/422, 20mA CL, 4-20mA analog, and various sensors along with relay/safety interlock circuits. Wiring AC inverters and various motor control schemes along with transformers and power circuits. Design pneumatic logic. Sub-contractor supervision and communication of all electrical specifications and installation details.
